How to get to Bellingen

Bellingen is about halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, located 35km south west of Coffs Harbour.

Travel

By car
We're a 15 minute drive west of the Pacific Highway on Waterfall Way. The Waterfall Way turnoff is a 20 minute drive south of Coffs Harbour.

By plane
Coffs Harbour airport is serviced by Qantas, Tigerair, Virgin and Fly Corporate.

Getting from the airport to Bellingen is easiest by car. Car hire can be arranged through Coffs Car Rentals or the major car hire services.
 

By train

Countrylink runs two rail services daily from Sydney and Brisbane to Coffs Harbour and Urunga, about 20 minutes drive away. You’d need to arrange a private pickup or taxi to get to Bellingen.

You can get to Bellingen by bus but this only runs once a day and involves changeovers so is a long journey.

Festival Parking

Parking is available for Festival patrons at the Bellingen Showground, via Black St. If you are opting to drive and park at River Sounds we ask you to be respectful of local residential properties and park only in the designated parking area.
